Mihi Marketech Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice (the "Notice") describes the personal information that Mihi Marketech Ltd. ("Mihi Marketech", “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes through our websites www.barklyshop.com (the “Websites”). It also describes the rights and options available to users of our Websites with respect to their personal information.

THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

Information you provide when you contact us with an inquiry.

You can submit an inquiry by emailing us at the address indicated on the Website. When you do so, we typically will receive and process your email address, name, and all other content you include in your message (“Inquiry Information”).

We will use your Inquiry Information to contact you about your inquiry and handle and respond to your inquiry.

Information you provide when you register to our Websites.

You can optionally register to our Websites and create a user account that enable you to monitor your past orders. When you register, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, email and chosen password. The mandatory fields for completion will be marked as such (“Registration Information”).

We will use the Registration Information to create your account, verify your identity, remember your preferences and allow you easier access to your account.

Information you provide when you shop and order products.

You can shop and order products through our Websites. In order to complete your order, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number. For data security reasons, your payment information will be collected and processed directly by PayPal, and not us. The mandatory fields for completion will be marked as such (“Order Information”).

We will use your Order Information to handle, fulfill and deliver your order, and to bill you for the products you purchased. We will also use your Order Information to send you administrative notifications and updates about your order, such as order confirmation.

Email address you provide when you subscribe to our newsletter.

You can subscribe to our newsletter announcing discounts, sales and updates through our online newsletter registration box on the Websites. You will be asked to provide your email address (“Subscription Information”).

We will use your Subscription Information to send you our newsletter, notifications about Mihi Marketech’s products and other marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent to receive these newsletters at any time via the “unsubscribe” link provided in each newsletter.

You are not legally obligated to provide any of the above information. However, if you choose not to provide this information we may not be able to respond to your inquiry, create an account for you on the Websites, send you our newsletter and updates, and sell and ship the products you wish to order.

Analytics information about your use of the Websites.

When you visit and browse the Websites, we record and collect information about your interaction with the Website, including the IP address from which you access the Websites, time, date and duration of access, type of browser used, language used, pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken while using the Websites ("Analytics Information").

We will use the Analytics Information for business development purposes of the Websites and to inform our decisions on how to adapt the Website’s functions, content and the products offered.

Also, we process your Order Information and Analytics Information to create aggregated statistics and analyses about users’ preferences which help us to better understand the market we operate in and user and market trends and demands. For instance, we use these aggregated statistics and analyses to improve our financial operations by analyzing cost and revenue per product sold.

We refer to the data resulting from these aggregated statistics and analyses as "Aggregated Statistics". This data does not identify you or any other specific user of the Websites and is not considered personal information under the law.

We will share your Information with third-parties in any event of change in Mihi Marketech’s structure.

If the operation of the Websites is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), we will share your information only as required to enable the structural change in the operation of the Websites.

We do not sell your information, nor have we done so in the past 12 months.

What are cookies?

We will ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before we comply with your request to access or delete your information. Depending on the nature of your request, we will verify your identity by asking you to provide us two or three data points that we maintain about you, and a signed declaration of identity verification.

MINORS

The Websites are not directed to users under 18.

The Websites are not directed to users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Websites.
