All pets are welcome! We design any pet on earth so long as we receive a great photo! So far we have printed dogs, cats, horses, birds, guinea pigs, micro-pigs and even fishes!
Yes ! At this time we allow 3 pets max. We've determined that anything beyond 3 pets will be too excessive and not create the best outcome.
You can get a preview of your final artwork before printing it, we have an option to send the finished artwork if you choose that option in the cart (+$5), in that way we can be sure everything done for your request, if you have any revise we will do it.
All changes must be made to an order within 2 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that we send your pet uploads to our artists directly after you order has been placed! Any adjustment after 2 hours is not promised.
If you ordered a DAF with your order, it will be delivered to you via email shortly after your order ships! Generally about up to 48 hours after shipment
We highly recommend photos in sunny or bright light (so we can catch details) and having the pet sit or stands up. Please see our PHOTO GUIDEfor more information.

Please be advised that Barkly has no return policy because of the nature of our personalized one-of a kind products. However, if something doesn't look right or is defective, we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.
Order cancelations are allowed up to 1 hour after you submitted your order. anything thereafter will require a 30% cancelation fee, The reason is because once your order is submitted we are starting to work on it right away.On some occasions we will be able to issue a refund/ cancel your order beyond 1 hour at no cost, it just depend, Email us.
